Injured In Two-Alarm Fire

Units
responded about 9:00 AM Saturday for the report of smoke in the area in
the 400 block of N St., NW. Engine 6 arrived to heavy smoke showing
from the rowhouse at 416 N St., N.W.
As firefighters engaged an aggressive
attack, Command sounded a second alarm. One civilian suffered burns and
complained of chest pain. The 42-year-old woman was treated by medics on
the scene and transported to a local hospital for further treatment.
