Who Care, Inc., a not-for-profit organization that has sponsored several
like programs in an effort to reach out to young people in disadvantaged
neighborhoods.
Hamburgers, hot dogs, fried fish, snow cones and pop corn were all free fare
for citizens, mostly children, who came to the firehouse, located at 101
Atlantic Ave., SE. The group's next project is Highland Legends Day 2003, a
basketball tournament to be held Saturday, September 6th from noon until
